Are customizations only done on sneakers?

No. Only the material matters; we customize only leather, fabric, and suede. Please contact us to discuss your request in more detail.

Can I order an existing model on a different pair?

Yes. We use the Nike AF1 as a base. However, if you would like a different model, please contact us so we can discuss the arrangements. The price will be adjusted if we need to supply the pair.

My pair isn't exactly new, can I still send it in for customization?

We only customize new or nearly new shoes. However, we can refurbish your shoes before customizing them. If you would like this service, please specify it on the order form, and we will get back to you with an adjusted quote. If, despite these conditions, you send your shoes in a non-compliant condition, we will not be able to proceed with the customization. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I wear my custom every day?

Yes. Our paints are heat-resistant, water-resistant, and won't crack. However, we recommend that our customers avoid excessive wear. Remember, this is handcrafted, not mass-produced.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER?

Whether or not you provide your own pair, we guarantee to ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on the country you are ordering from; please allow 2 to 5 days for delivery with Colissimo.

I am not satisfied with the result, can I return them or get a refund?

When you requested a custom item (from the collection or World Cup), we discussed your project with you. A visual was sent to you for approval before work began. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.

I would like to provide my pair, where should I send it?

The address will be provided to you immediately after your purchase. You can also find it in the "payment and deliveries" tab.

My package arrived damaged, and so did my shoes.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, they are solely responsible for its delivery. We cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration that occurs during transport. If you receive a damaged package or product, any claim must be made directly to the carrier, in accordance with their terms and conditions.

How much does a custom job cost?

The price varies depending on the complexity of the custom order. Note that orders where the customer provides their own pair receive a discounted price.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We offer a variety of payment methods. PayPal is one of our services.
