However, if we receive a pair that doesn't meet this condition, no work will be carried out, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Here are the steps to design your custom sneakers:

• Fill out the "Create my pair" form, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your project.

• We will then send you the quote for approval.

• Once the quote is approved, we will send you a visual of the custom design.

• When the visual is approved, a 20% deposit is required to begin the customization of your shoes.

• We will then create your custom design, and you will receive a notification when it is finished.

• The remaining balance will be due to ship your personalized sneakers. The package is sent via Colissimo (french postal service) with tracking.
