Steps to Create Your Custom Sneakers

Want to use our service to create a unique pair of sneakers, fully customized to your specifications? We'll guide you through every step of your project.

Want to send us your own pair?

You can send us your sneakers to receive a 20% discount on the quote, provided they are new or in like-new condition.

If the pair we receive doesn't meet this condition, we cannot begin work on them. They will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How does the custom creation process work?

1. Describe your project

Fill out the "Create my pair" form, explaining your idea, inspirations, and desires. We'll contact you within 24 hours to discuss your project.

2. Quote approval

Following our discussions, we'll send you a detailed quote. Once approved, we can move on to the next step.

3. Design Creation

We create a mock-up of your future customization so you can visualize and approve the result before any painting begins.

4. Approval and Deposit

When you are satisfied with the design, we require a 20% deposit to officially begin the production of your personalized pair.

5. Creation of Your Customization

We create your customization with the utmost care. As soon as your pair is finished, we will notify you.

6. Balance Payment and Shipping

Once the customization is finalized, all that remains is to pay the remaining balance of your order. Your personalized sneakers are then shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number, so you can follow their delivery with complete peace of mind.
